#FAIL, the book

Drawing on years of newsroom experience, plus over seven years advising companies on e-reputation and crisis communications issues, I have provided FTSE 100 firms with strategy and analysis to handle a variety social media activist and pressure campaigns. Along the way, I have developed a keen eye for identifying social media flashpoints that could send a share-price tumbling (and put careers at risk) before they are picked up in the mainstream media.

I have put much of what I’ve experienced and learned into a new book called #FAIL: The 50 Greatest Social Media Screw-Ups…and How Avoid Being the Next One and an instructional training series.
